The HelpDesk Company is now Franklin IT Solutions to better reflect the business model of preventing problems before they occur. Benjamin Franklin, America's original entrepreneur, coined the phrase "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." I'm convinced that if Benjamin Franklin were alive today - and if he operated an IT company- he'd run it on those two values: Fix problems right, and - wherever possible - stop them before they start.
